About Us
Our Lady of the Assumption & St Meddan is a Roman Catholic Church based in the coastal town of Troon, on the west coast of Scotland.
Part of the Diocese of Galloway, we serve the town of Troon, including surrounding areas of Barassie, Loans & Dundonald, as well as St Partick's Primary School (https://blogs.glowscotland.org.uk/sa/stpatricksps/) and Queen Margaret Academy.
Our Parish Priest is Fr Willie Boyd, and our Assistant priest is Fr Laurent Bahati, originally from Uganda, has joined us recently from Paisley Diocese.
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Margaret Gilligan on Saturday 11th January.

Requiem Mass
Thursday 30th January at 10.00am followed by an Internment
at Troon Cemetery at 11.15am
